Summer trip to Kanha

Yes, this is a delayed post which ideally I should have published 3 months earlier but better late than never. 🙂

Though I truly believe that wildlife is not at all confined only with tigers & other well known species and many things needs to be photographed & perceived that has comparatively less documented but whenever I got a chance to venture into Indian tiger park, I can’t resist myself. There is no doubt that the thrill to enter into any Indian tiger reserve and play with your adrenals for spotting the majestic yellow stripes is an enchanting experience.

This summer, I made a trip to Kanha Tiger reserve (Kanha National Park) in Madhya Pradesh with couple of good friends. We were able to see many Male tigers of Kanha along with Females. Some of them are really shy and they don’t prefer to come into tourism zone frequently.

Kanha is one of the premier tiger reserve in India and very well managed by the authority with proper rules and regulations. Out of four main zones, we mostly concentrated on Mukki, Khisli and Kanha area and it was truly rewarding.

You really can’t miss a single moment while on safari. The vast landscape with huge grassland and famous sal forest made Kanha a magical heaven for wildlife lovers. Here are couple of images from the trip. Other Tiger images will be uploaded in the “WILD TIGERS OF INDIA” in stock section.
